• "Prathip" / "we" / "us" / "our" — the organisation operating the AI development school at 130 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
• "Website" — the website accessible at prathipfx.info and any associated pages.
• "Program" / "Course" — any learning program offered by Prathip, including the AI Starter Program, Building with Machine Learning, and Full AI Development Track.
• "User" / "you" — any person who accesses our website or enrols in a program.
• "Content" — any materials, lessons, exercises, or resources provided as part of a program.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Section 3

Service Description

Prathip offers online AI development programs delivered remotely. Our current programs are:

• AI Starter Program (฿3,700) — an introductory program for newcomers, covering programming basics and machine-learning fundamentals.
• Building with Machine Learning (฿5,700) — an intermediate program focused on practical model building and data handling.
• Full AI Development Track (฿7,800) — a thorough program covering development, evaluation, and deployment practices, including a guided capstone project.

Programs are available to learners in Thailand and internationally, subject to no geographic restrictions at this time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program with reasonable notice.

Section 4

Accounts

Enrolment in a Prathip program may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being misused.

Section 5

User Responsibilities

When using our website and programs, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
• Provide accurate, truthful information when enrolling or contacting us.
• Respect the learning environment and communicate considerately with instructors and fellow learners.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share program content with third parties without our written permission.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
• Maintain academic honesty in all exercises and assessments.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

All program materials, course content, exercises, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Prathip and are protected under Thai copyright law.

Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use program content for your own learning. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce or distribute materials commercially
• Share login access with other individuals
• Use content to create derivative training materials

Any work you produce independently as part of your learning (such as original code or projects) remains your own.

Payment Terms

Program fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to the commencement of a program unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy: We understand that circumstances change. If you wish to withdraw from a program:

• Before commencement — a full refund of program fees will be issued upon request.
• Within the first 7 days of the program — a partial refund of 50% will be considered.
• After 7 days — refunds are not available, though we will work with you to find a reasonable arrangement if circumstances warrant it.

Course-Specific Terms

The following conditions apply specifically to enrollment in Prathip programs:

• Access period: You will have access to program materials for the duration of the program plus a reasonable review period thereafter, as communicated at enrollment.
• Academic integrity: We ask that all submitted work be your own. This supports your genuine understanding and keeps the learning experience fair.
• Completion certificates: Certificates of completion may be issued where a program includes them. These recognise your participation and effort, not any specific employment or professional outcome.
• Schedule flexibility: Our programs are designed with a comfortable pace. Where live sessions are included, we will communicate these clearly at enrollment.

Disclaimers

Our website and programs are provided on an "as available" basis. While we work diligently to maintain quality and accuracy, we do not make specific commitments about outcomes.

We do not claim that completing any program will lead to specific employment, salary, or professional outcomes. Learning results depend on individual effort, background, and circumstances.

Nothing on this website constitutes professional advice in the legal, financial, or technical sense. Please seek qualified professional guidance for matters of consequence.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Prathip's liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or programs is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant program.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to lost earnings, data loss, or missed opportunities, even where we were advised such losses might occur. Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure) do not give rise to liability.

Section 11

Termination

You may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 7.

We may suspend or terminate your access to programs if you breach these terms, in particular provisions around academic integrity or acceptable use. Where possible, we will attempt to resolve issues informally before taking such steps. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prathip.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
